CEO WELCOME NOTE
Welcome to AMF
From African hands to the world’s demands
Africa is entering a decisive industrial decade. For too long, we exported potential and imported finished value. Our mandate is clear: build, support, and scale African manufacturing and enterprise into global markets—with discipline, partnerships, and proof of execution.
In collaboration with governments, development institutions, and private-sector leaders—we are designing practical pathways for African producers to compete and win. When African factories grow, value chains deepen, quality jobs multiply, and communities rise with dignity.
Our work is anchored in three commitments:
1) Industrial Growth – Equip manufacturers with market access, brand elevation, operational excellence, and global distribution.
2) Strategic Partnerships – Align investors, policymakers, and industry operators to unlock scale, reduce friction, and de-risk expansion.
3) African Excellence – Champion innovation, craftsmanship, and resilience that reflect the best of our continent to the world.
This is more than commerce. It is nation-building—the shift from extraction to production, from dependency to leadership, from potential to performance.
To our partners, clients, and future collaborators: thank you for your trust. Together, we will build companies that outlast us and industries that transform generations.
Let’s build Africa—together.

Our Mission
The AMF has identified key areas to focus on its mission to ensure that manufacturing industry falls in the hands of Africans in the continent. It is for this reason that it has committed to establish adaptable and motivated manufacturing practices and facilitate the development of Africa’s human capital, industrial skills, and economic self-reliance by building strong, inclusive, and innovative manufacturing communities across the African continent.
The foundation has set its sights to not only revolutionizing the manufacturing industry in Africa, but enable economic growth across the continent to be done through targeted support for African manufacturers, industrial workers, youth, women, and communities to ensure their active participation in Africa’s industrial transformation.
